Hi ! If you're here, that must mean that you're looking to take up one of my slots for my commissions!First things first;
1) Thank you for considering commissioning me! And
2) Thank you for taking the time to read my new Terms of Service :]Now, hopefully this isn't too lengthy for you, but I'll try to keep it concise.

Terms of Service ✧

1) ARTIST'S DISCRETION
First and foremost, I am allowed to turn down any commission that may make me feel uncomfortable working on it. This is to avoid you having to spend on a commission I wouldn't be able to finish. I will let you know if this is the case before you pay the downpayment.2) PAYMENT AND DOWNPAYMENT
The client must first pay 25% or 50% of the final price as downpayment before I start working on the commission piece. This amount is non-refundable and must be sent through the modes of payment mentioned in my posts.3) PERSONAL USE
All my finished commissions are for personal, non-commercial use. You are not allowed to turn them into anything profitable (like merchandise), the only exception being a YouTube video/short, TikTok video, Instagram/Facebook reel. Using the commissioned piece in this manner must still have proper credit (my username and which social media you contacted me in (Twitter or Tumblr)).4) PUBLIC/COMMERCIAL USE
Public or commercial use commissions have a 30% additional fee (to be computed from the final price) for the rights of the artwork. If you avail of this, you will receive two pieces of the finished piece: one with my signature and one without. You may only use the artwork without my signature for public/commercial use, but retain written credit to me, the artist, anywhere the art is used.✧

✧5) CHECKING IN
I am not a full-time freelance artist. Currently (as of 2024) I am a college student and I have other things going on in my personal life that I would rather not disclose. As such, finishing a commission may take longer than intended, but I will try my absolute best to check in with you regarding your piece. If I do not check in within the week after starting, you are obligated to check in on me back unless I have given you prior notice to my absence.6) REVISIONS & CHANGES
Revisions are something I handle differently (especially if the client does not have solid references to go by).> ✧ The sketch is something you have free reign over, with which you can ask me to adjust or change the pose, or adjust proportions or details about the character's visual appearance.> ✧ When lining the work, you may have up to three (3) revisions.> ✧ When coloring the work, you may have up to three (3) revisions as well. These do not include changes made to skin-tone, whether changing the character's skin color or adding details to the character's skin (such as vitiligo, freckles, scars, burns, birthmarks, etc).> ✧ Revisions made to the background are not counted as well.Additional revisions will be an added charge of 5 USD each to the latter portion of the payment.7) FINISHING THE TRANSACTION
I will be providing you with the finished art piece through email, or your preferred method of sending, including my signature. This is only when you have sent the remaining 50% or 75% of the payment. I will not post your piece unless you have explicitly stated so. If you do, I will be posting it cropped and formatted to avoid theft of the original work.8) COMMISSIONER'S REFERENCE
References are highly encouraged, whether these are images gathered on the internet or text descriptions, I would like to know what you want rather than shoot into the dark. If you don't have a reference though, that's okay too! I'll be checking in with you as much as possible.9) OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
My works are not for NFT or AI use. You cannot pay me more than my price to use my work in any NFT blockchain nor are you allowed to turn it into an NFT and more so are not allowed to run my art into an AI trainer. Please respect this.
